The basis on which we sell to you.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is agreed once we confirm your order on WhatsApp — we may not be able to accept it if an item has sold out, if your address is outside our delivery range, or if we cannot reach you to confirm.

Prices on this site include the taxes shown at checkout. The total you see before you place the order is the total you pay.

Meat is a natural product and exact weights vary slightly. We weigh after cutting and the weight on your slip is what you are charged for.

Where a listing describes a cut a particular way — boneless, skin-on, membrane removed — that is what you will get. If we cannot cut it as described we will tell you before dispatching.

We accept cash on delivery and UPI. For UPI we send a QR code once your order is confirmed; your order is prepared once payment is received.

Cash on delivery is not available for every distance. Where it is unavailable, checkout will say so before you order.
