Where we deliver, what it costs, and how long it takes.

We deliver up to 100 km from our counter in Pradhan Nagar, Siliguri.

The charge depends on how far you are, measured as driving distance from the shop — not a flat rate and not a guess. Enter your address at checkout and the exact charge appears before you pay. If you are outside our range, we will say so rather than take the order and disappoint you.

0–5 km is ₹30. 5–10 km is ₹50. 10–20 km is ₹80. 20–35 km is ₹120. 35–50 km is ₹160. 50–75 km is ₹220. 75–100 km is ₹300.

Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,500, anywhere inside our range. Our minimum order is ₹299.

Close to the shop, expect 30–45 minutes. Further out it is longer, and the exact window is shown to you before you order.

Beyond 50 km we deliver on a scheduled run rather than same-day. That is a cold-chain decision, not a convenience one: we are not willing to put meat in a vehicle for four hours and call it fresh on arrival.

Everything is vacuum-sealed and packed with gel ice in an insulated box. It leaves the shop cold and should reach you cold.

If it does not, message us the same day on WhatsApp with a photo and we will replace or refund it.
