What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect
To deliver an order we need your name, mobile number, delivery address and location. That is all we ask for, and we do not ask for anything we do not need to get food to your door.
Your location is used to measure the distance from our shop so we can quote the delivery charge. We store the address you order to so we can find you again next time.
What we never do
We do not sell your details to anyone. We do not share them with advertisers. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked to be on our list, and every message we do send has a way to stop them.
We never see or store your card or UPI credentials. When you pay by UPI, that happens entirely inside your own payment app.
Who else can see it
Your name, phone number and address are visible to us and to whoever delivers your order — they need them to find you.
Our website and database are hosted by service providers who store the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email orders@thepigpoint.in.
We keep records of completed orders because we are required to for tax purposes, so deleting your account removes your personal details but not the order record itself.
